How to order?
Browse the products at bgbrands.bg, pay attention to the new items, categories, special offers, actively use the search engine in the upper right corner 
. When you find a product you like, add it to the cart by pressing a button 
. You can view the products added to the cart at any time using the "Cart" button“ 
. Add, remove products, update quantities, and if you have a discount coupon, add it. When you're done with your choice, click the "Buy" button. 
Confirmation of the order is waiting for you on the next screen. View delivery details, billing information, and payment method choices.
- If you are a user of the bgbrands.bg platform, you will find all the data used in the last order. If you want the delivery and payment to be under the same conditions, all you have to do is confirm the order with the "Buy" button.
- If you are not a registered user, you can complete your order using the "Quick Order" button or register. It won't take you more than a minute, but we need to know where to send the selected goods.
Methods of payment
The marketplace platform bgbrands.bg offers two payment options:
- Cash on delivery - payment to the courier upon receipt of delivery;
- By credit / debit bank cardMasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, V PAY.
If you choose to pay by card, after finalizing the order, the payment page of our servicing bank opens, where you can enter your card details.
Terms of payment by card
The marketplace platform bgbrands.bg works with MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, V PAY.
Please note that your V PAY or MasterCard Electronic Card will only be accepted if it is registered for the Verified by Visa online authentication schemes or MasterCard SecureCode.
Please also check that your card is open by your publisher for online transactions.
The maximum amount for a transaction is 10,000 BGN.
When choosing "card payment", the customer must fill in:
- Card details (number, validity date, 3-digit security code, cardholder name);
- Authentication data: To identify you as a cardholder, the payment server for e-commerce of our servicing bank supports the authentication schemes of international card organizations - Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode. In case you are registered by your Issuer Bank in these security schemes, a page will appear on your screen where you need to enter your authentication password.
In case of successful authorization of the transaction, the amount from the client's card is deducted immediately.
The transaction currency when paying by card is Bulgarian lev (BGN)
Save data
After each completed order, the delivery details are saved so that they can be used again.
Every registered user in "My account" can check the status of their order and track exactly where the shipment is.
Delivery
The ordered products are delivered through courier companies ECONT and SPEEDY. You choose which is the most convenient way for you - to the address / office of the courier. Each Supplier / Trader chooses which logistics operator to work with. Therefore, when you have placed products from different Suppliers in your cart, additional transport lines appear. As a client of the Marketplace platform bgbrands.bg you have no right to choose another provider, beyond the announced possibilities of the site.
The delivery price is calculated automatically depending on your choice. Each Supplier / Merchant maintains in its profile up-to-date information on the price and terms of delivery of orders, as well as a policy for return and exchange of products.
The delivered products must be in their original sealed packaging from the manufacturer.
Delivery time
Delivery terms are specified in the product information or in the profile of each Supplier / Trader. The standard term for delivery to a settlement on the territory of Bulgaria is 3 working days. When the order is registered after 12:00 or on a non-working day, the reporting starts from the next working day.
Please note that there are products with extended delivery time, as stated in the terms, prices and terms of the trader.
Return of products
The method of returning the products depends on the policies of the retailer from whom you purchased the products. They are announced in the profile of the Provider / Merchant.
